Landlord Studio is a SaaS startup that empowers landlords and property owners worldwide to efficiently manage their rentals. With a diverse user base spanning 60+ countries, our primary focus lies in the USA market, followed by the UK.

The company is growing fast, has its HQ located in the vibrant heart of Kingsland, and is backed by prominent angel and VC investors.

About the role:

As a senior growth marketer, you'll be responsible for driving our growth strategy. Collaborating with senior leadership, you'll create short and long-term plans, and execute initiatives to keep the business growing quickly and sustainably.

To succeed you’ll need to be a digital native, have experience growing a SaaS business and be comfortable with your hands on the tools whilst also directing others.

The key metrics you will be responsible for include:

  • Cost per new customer (ARPU)
  • Total increase in revenue month on month
  • Total spend on marketing
  • Customer lifetime value

Whilst the ideal candidate would be able to lead and oversee as many of the following activities as possible, applicants are not expected to be experts in all of them. Rather we encourage applicants with any relevant experience and skills to apply;

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive significant business growth.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation: Lead and test ideas to optimise conversion rates across marketing channels and work closely with our product team to ensure that all our product investments are fully capitalised.
  • Eye for brand and copy - Oversee content creation by our content writer and social media specialist. You will be the final “check off” before publishing.
  • Customer Insights: Conduct surveys and analyse analytics to gather and act on customer insights.
  • Paid Ad Campaign Management: Lead the implementation, copywriting, and creative aspects of paid ad campaigns across B2B2C channels, optimising growth and engagement.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role - a real passion for marketing
  • Strong understanding of social media, web and other online campaign tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Previous experience in a startup, or SaaS is a bonus
  • Experience in property management / PropTech is an added bonus!
