👷‍♀️ Job Summary

We are looking for a Process Specialist, with experience in the food industry. The process specialist will be responsible for establishing standards, creating and implementing procedures and keeping the physical and system inventory accurate.

📊 Reporting to: Head of Manufacturing / Operations Director

🎯 Main Goals

• Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and IOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency;
• Define and monitor equipment parameters for quality and productivity;
• Lead improvement projects across the department;
• Be the ERP (NetSuite) Key User for operations;
• Oversee HACCP implementation and maintenance;
• Validate cleaning procedures and monitor hygiene standards;
• Lead setup, execution, and improvement of equipment; and
• Drive continuous improvement within manufacturing operations.

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Degree in: Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Industrial Management;
✅ Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes;
✅ NetSuite experience (nice to have);
✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills;
✅ Proactive and self-driven;
✅ Training skills; and
✅ Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken, written, read).
