💼 What You’ll Do

As part of our international commercial team, you’ll support the expansion of kencko across global markets. Working directly with our Country and Marketing Manager, you'll dive into hands-on projects across lead generation, sales strategy, and account management. Expect to collaborate across teams, get creative, and see your ideas in action.

✨ Your Mission

By the end of this internship, you’ll be able to:

• Support international growth strategies aligned with company goals;
• Map out and qualify new sales channels and leads;
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends;
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insightful reports;
• Build dashboards and data visualizations with tools like Excel or Power BI;
• Prepare sales decks and presentations for strategic meetings; and
• Actively contribute to team brainstorms and ongoing projects.

🔧 What You'll Learn

• How to structure omnichannel sales models (B2B, DTC, retail partnerships);
• Use CRM tools to manage commercial pipelines;
• Create compelling business cases for partners and investors;
• Monitor sales performance and propose opportunities for improvement; and
• Communicate across multicultural and cross-functional teams in a dynami.c international environment

🙋 Who You Are

✅ Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
✅ Passionate about international business, partnerships, and sales strategy;
✅ Data-driven and skilled with Excel, Power BI, or other analytics platforms;
✅ Fluent in English and comfortable working across time zones; and
✅ Proactive, analytical, creative, and great with people.
