💼 Job Overview
We’re looking for a HR & Payroll Associate to join our team and support our People Team with a strong focus on payroll processing and HR administration. This role requires strong administrative capabilities, advanced Excel skills, and high proficiency in English, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines, payroll accuracy, and efficient HR processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, processes, and HR technology, while ensuring smooth HR operations and a great employee experience.
📩 This HR & Payroll Associate role reports to the Sr. Director of Human Resources and Office.
🧾 What You'll Do

Support the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements; -
Manage salary variables, bonuses, and overtime records; -
Monitor payroll accuracy and support payroll validations; -
Maintain and update employee data in HR systems; -
Manage vacation balances, absences, and employee records; -
Support the administration of health insurance and work accident insurance; -
Manage employee benefits, including meal allowance and flexible benefits platforms; -
Support the implementation and optimization of HR systems and tools; -
Manage and support benefits platforms; -
Contribute to the optimization of time tracking and HR operational processes; -
Support the management of internship programs and IEFP processes; -
Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal deadlines, and administrative procedures; -
Monitor and report HR KPIs and operational metrics; -
Prepare HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
🧠 What We’re Looking For
-
Degree in Human Resources, Management, Economics, or similar; -
3 years of experience in HR administration and payroll processes; -
Experience with internship programs and IEFP processes is a plus; -
Advanced Excel skills; -
Experience with HRIS platforms (BambooHR is a plus); -
Experience with benefits platforms is highly valued; -
Experience supporting HR system implementations or process improvements is a strong plus; -
Portuguese and English fluency mandatory; -
Dynamic and proactive, with a hands-on approach; -
Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and organization in day-to-day tasks; -
Strong team player, with a collaborative mindset.
