About the role:

The Hospitality Account Executive is a results-oriented, internally focused, sales and account leader who executes the entire sales process and consistently achieves forecast objectives on time - targeting and qualification, prospects’ needs analysis, trusted relationship building, comprehensive account penetration, competitive differentiation, proposal preparation, negotiation and closing. The Account Manager is a self-motivated sales and customer advocate to delight customers and achieve client goals and is highly driven to win new business and exceed quota.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
  • Experience in presenting solutions to customers through presentations.
  • Ability to build and manage a large pipeline of ongoing sales opportunities effectively.
  • Experience utilizing sales tools such as: Hubspot, ZoomInfo, and Sale Navigator.
  • Work with established corporate partners in the development of marketing and lead generation campaigns.
  • Facilitate regular pipeline meetings both internally with management and externally with corporate partners.
  • Grow and nurture corporate partnership relationships.
  • Perform scheduled business reviews with customers.
  • Demonstrate on-going rigor as the voice of the customer to the internal Kinetic Global management team.
  • Be the advocate of the customer.
  • Work with existing customers to renew contracts.
  • Oversees and governs from sale to deployment the sold solution.
  • Assists customers with training and solution adoption programs to secure customer success.
  • Listener, educator, and persuasive communicator open to feedback and growth.
  • Patience, determination, and a positive attitude.
  • Problem-solving skills coupled with a high degree of creativity.
  • Written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years sales or 6+ years of customer service expertise.
  • Track record of success working for companies $5m-$100m ARR.
  • Experience giving presentations to buyers.
  • Indefatigable work ethic and passion for success.
  • Relentless pursuit of quota overachievement each month.
  • Organized and able to multi-task effectively.

Salary:

$40,000-$50,000 Base Salary. Plus Commission (OTE 100K+)
