About the role:

We are seeking an entry-level to mid-level and dedicated Install Engineer to join our team, focusing on the deployment of Kinetic Global’s Panic Solution for Hotels. This role is vital in delivering a seamless installation experience, ensuring that our technology operates flawlessly to safeguard hotel environments with our leading IOT technology. You’ll play a critical role in installing, configuring, and maintaining our systems while providing exceptional service and support to our clients. This role requires up to 60% travel and you will provide end-user support and training, release/upgrade support and testing, sales support and new client onboarding.

Competency in the following core skills:

  • Perform on-site installation and configuration of Kinetic Global’s Panic Solution at client properties, ensuring full functionality and integration with existing systems.
  • Conduct troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance to guarantee system reliability and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess site-specific requirements and adapt installation plans to meet unique needs.
  • Develop expertise in security systems and wireless technologies to address technical challenges effectively.
  • Train hotel staff on system operations, user interfaces, and emergency procedures to promote customer confidence and usability.
  • Work closely with internal teams to communicate feedback, resolve escalated issues, and contribute to continuous product improvement.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation for each installation, including diagrams, specifications, testing reports, and system configurations.

Qualifications:

  • Travel and willingness to learn
  • Proven track record in the installation and configuration of security or related technology systems, preferably in hospitality environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve issues independently or as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, wireless protocols, and security technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments, manage tight deadlines, and travel to client sites as required.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and building trusted relationships.
