About Kinetic

The Kinetic team is on a mission to create a safer workplace and better life for the industrial workforce around the world. Kinetic develops innovative technology that is used to identify and prevent injuries in the industrial workforce. Our first product is a wearable device that monitors kinematic motion of an employee, and helps provide coaching and monitoring of high-risk ergonomic motions such as bending, twisting, and jumping.

Kinetic has deployed this wearable product to over 85,000 workers in the last 8 years and has seen great success when the device is complemented with workforce education, coaching, and regular interaction. This is an exciting opportunity to work at a company fusing technology with best-in-class services to create happier, healthier employees.
