Sales Development Representative

Your mission
We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Development Representative to help us solidify our position and drive growth in the USA market. You’ll play a critical role in building our outbound engine by identifying the right leads, engaging decision-makers, and booking meetings that drive our mission forward. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about tech, sustainability, and wants to make a tangible difference in the hospitality space.
Your profile
Responsibilities
- Prospect qualified leads across assigned regions
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone)
- Book qualified discovery meetings for the AE team
- Maintain clean, up-to-date records in HubSpot
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging
- Provide feedback from the field to improve pitch, and objection handling
What is required?
- Previous 1–2 years of B2B outbound experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or hospitality/F&B services in the USA
- Open to working from 12:00 - 21:00, Monday to Friday
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Very comfortable with cold calling and objection handling
- Organized, self-driven, and resilient
- Experience with CRM tools preferred HubSpot,
- Languages: Native english speaker, other European languages are a plus
- Location: Lisbon (Portugal) or Barcelona (Spain)
- Bonus: Familiarity with hospitality or sustainability industries
- Bonus: Experience in sales in the hospitality industry
