Konduit is a US based (Washington DC) fintech that offers an AI-native exchange that allows fintechs to collaborate with each other and support mutual growth. Customers include large US banks such as Citizens bank and NelNet bank. Konduit investors include 10x Capital, a NY-based VC, which has previously invested in startups like Robinhood and Palantir.

Konduit founders come from Amazon, Capital One Bank, and Swiggy. We are seeking passionate team members who will help with this mission.

What you will do

We are looking for a Strategy and Operations Analyst to support data-driven decision making across growth, revenue, and customer strategy. This role focuses on identifying trends, uncovering actionable insights, and helping drive business and product decisions.

• Analyze business and customer data to identify insights that drive retention, and revenue growth
• Recommend action to support operational and strategic decisions
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business teams
• Help define key metrics and track business performance over time
• Attending conferences in USA (optional based on travel preference)

Our ideal candidate

• Recent engineering graduates from top universities or already working in analyst role where you have experience driving decisions using numbers (we are not looking for pure data analyst experience as this role requires interacting with clients)
• Conversant with doing data analysis in Excel, some SQL familiarity a plus
• Ownership mindset and can-do attitude
• Highly motivated and willing to take on a ton of responsibility
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and mindful of deadlines
