Your Mission
- Own the end-to-end product design process: from research to UX flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI.
- Design new features and improve existing ones with a user-centered, data-informed approach.
- Build, evolve, and maintain our design system, component library, and style guides to ensure consistency across iOS and Android.
- Create prototypes and A/B tests to validate ideas quickly.
- Conduct usability tests and interviews to incorporate user insights into design decisions.
- Work closely with PM, engineers, and founders to deliver an outstanding, cohesive user experience.
What You Bring on Board
Must-haves
- 5+ years in product design (UI/UX), ideally in consumer mobile apps.
- A portfolio that shows end-to-end product work: from concept to polished UI.
- Mastery of Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, transitions).
- Experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Knowledge of iOS & Android design guidelines.
- Strong eye for typography, layout, and interaction design.
- Fluent English (our working language); German is a plus.
- Startup mindset: you enjoy being the one-person design powerhouse and owning your craft.
Nice-to-haves
- Motion, micro-interactions, or illustration skills.
- Curiosity for AI-powered design tools/workflows to boost creativity and efficiency.
