About The Role

Kredete is seeking a highly driven and strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to help lead our next phase of growth from our New York office.

This is not a traditional sales management role. We are looking for a commercially minded operator who understands how to build and scale revenue engines in high-growth fintech environments. You will sit at the intersection of Growth, Revenue, Partnerships, Product, and Customer Experience—helping shape how Kredete acquires customers, expands distribution, drives pipeline, and launches products into market.

The ideal candidate is execution-oriented, highly analytical, customer-obsessed, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. You should thrive in fast-paced environments, move with urgency, and bring a strong sense of ownership to everything you do.

This role offers significant autonomy and visibility across the organization and will directly influence Kredete’s revenue growth, customer acquisition strategy, and GTM infrastructure as we scale globally.

What You Will Do

Revenue & Growth Strategy

  • Drive go-to-market initiatives across key product lines, customer segments, and expansion markets
  • Partner with leadership to execute customer acquisition and revenue growth strategies
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer trends, and strategic growth channels
  • Develop scalable outbound and inbound growth motions across digital, partnerships, and sales channels

Pipeline & Sales Execution

  • Own and improve pipeline generation, conversion performance, and revenue-driving initiatives
  • Build and optimize outreach strategies across email, phone, partnerships, events, and social channels
  • Coach and support SDRs and commercial team members on messaging, qualification, and pipeline management
  • Participate in strategic customer conversations and high-impact deal cycles when necessary
  • Improve sales processes, reporting structures, and operational efficiencies across the funnel

Cross-Functional GTM Leadership

  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Compliance, and Customer Success teams to improve customer outcomes and accelerate growth
  • Collaborate on product launches, market rollouts, positioning, and customer feedback loops
  • Translate customer and market insights into actionable recommendations for internal teams
  • Support strategic partnerships and ecosystem relationships that drive distribution and adoption

Operational Excellence

  • Own reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking across GTM initiatives
  • Develop scalable playbooks, sales enablement materials, and operational processes
  • Build a high-performance culture centered around accountability, execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to broader company initiatives and strategic projects as Kredete continues to scale

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in Go-To-Market, Revenue Operations, Growth, Partnerships, Business Development, or B2B Sales within fintech, payments, SaaS, or technology
  • Strong commercial instincts with a demonstrated ability to drive pipeline, growth, and revenue outcomes
  • Experience operating in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and execute with urgency and structure
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, customer acquisition, pipeline management, and GTM strategy
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience building sales playbooks, outbound frameworks, and operational processes
  • Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused
  • Comfortable being hands-on and deeply involved in day-to-day growth execution
  • Willingness to work from our New York office at least 3 days per week

Bonus Points

  • Experience in fintech, payments, remittance, stablecoins, banking infrastructure, or global financial services
  • Experience working across emerging markets or cross-border financial products
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, GTM analytics, and sales tooling
  • Experience working with partnerships, strategic accounts, or ecosystem growth initiatives

Compensation

Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience, market benchmarks, and Kredete’s internal leveling framework.
