GTM Manager - LATAM
Argentina
Kredete is building the financial infrastructure connecting people, companies, and institutions across markets. What started as a consumer app for the immigrant economy became something bigger: real-time payments infrastructure connecting global markets. Kredete operates across 60+ markets, backed by 10+ regulatory licenses and deep partnerships, powering consumers, corporates, banks, and fintechs on a single settlement layer. Our mission is access: for people who deserve financial visibility, for companies that deserve efficient global rails, and for markets that deserve to be connected to the world economy on equal terms.
About the Role
As the GTM manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end launch, growth, and operational success of Kredete within the South America/LatAm Region.
You will be responsible for scaling our cross-border payment solutions, building high-performing regional teams, and establishing Kredete as the leading financial platform for businesses and individuals in your market. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires a blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and a "get-it-done" startup mentality.
What You’ll Work On
- Regional Strategy & Execution: Lead the market entry and expansion efforts, ensuring Kredete’s platform effectively serves local consumers, businesses, and banking partners
- Partnership Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with local banks and fintechs to integrate them into the Kredete ecosystem
- Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to ensure all regional operations adhere to local financial regulations
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a multi-functional team across sales, operations, and customer success.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless cross-border fund flows and a world-class customer experience.
- Brand Advocacy: Serve as the face of Kredete in your region, representing our mission and values to stakeholders and the media.
Who You Are
- Experienced Leader: You bring 6-10 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years of experience at a high growth fintech or financial institution. Experience in banking partnerships is a strong plus.
- Track record of building something from scratch - new market, new product line, or new region with real ownership over outcomes
- Deep familiarity with LatAm's payments and regulatory landscape (cross-border payments, remittances, or banking infrastructure experience strongly preferred)
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and a limited playbook; you build the plan as much as you execute it
- Strong relationship builder - able to work credibly with banks, regulators, and enterprise customers alike
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (Portuguese a plus); based in or willing to be based in a core LATAM market
- Genuinely motivated by the mission of building financial access into markets that have historically been underserved
