We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to partner closely with our CEO. This is more than a traditional administrative role—it's an opportunity to become a trusted business partner who helps maximize executive effectiveness and drive operational excellence across the company.

The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, exercises sound judgment, maintains the highest level of discretion, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and ensure the CEO can focus on the company's highest-impact initiatives.

What You Will Do:

Executive Support

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, travel, meetings, and daily priorities.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and follow-up action items.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring alignment with executive priorities.
  • Draft and manage executive correspondence and communications.
  • Travel globally as needed.

Strategic & Operational Support

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely follow-through across teams.
  • Track key action items, deadlines, and executive priorities.
  • Support board meetings, investor communications, customer engagements, and leadership meetings.
  • Conduct research, prepare summaries, and organize information to support executive decision-making.
  • Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the New York office, help maintain a professional, welcoming and high-performing work environment.

Executive Operations

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, logistics, and itineraries.
  • Manage expense reporting, document organization, and administrative processes.
  • Build and maintain efficient systems that improve executive productivity.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with the CEO and co-founders to coordinate priorities, meetings, and cross-functional initiatives.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive or senior leadership team in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience in a startup, fintech, SaaS, consulting, venture-backed, or other fast-paced organization is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and impeccable discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and modern productivity tools.
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset with a bias toward ownership and execution.
