About The Role
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced QA Engineer to join our team. The QA Engineer will oversee all aspects of quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional products to our global users.

What You Will Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to understand project requirements and ensure QA requirements are incorporated into project plans.
- Define and execute test strategies for new product features and releases, including both manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Establish key performance metrics and quality indicators to measure the effectiveness of QA processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of QA processes and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Manage the QA environment and testing infrastructure, including hardware, software, and testing tools.
- Good command of Product Testing and Accessibility Testing tools.
- Knowledge of Playwright and advance AI testing tools will be an added advantage,
- Automated testing tools.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues reported by customers or internal stakeholders, working closely with development teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing and quality assurance, and recommend innovative approaches to improve our QA practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the QA team, encouraging collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional/self development.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or with a track record of successfully leading QA teams and delivering high-quality software products.
- In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques, including both manual and automated testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
- Experience with test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or HP ALM.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
