Job Title: Contract MEP Project Engineer

Contract Type: Call-out / Fixed-Term Contract

• Supervise mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on-site.
• Ensure installations are carried out as per design, standards, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with civil teams to avoid clashes in site execution.
• Inspect and test MEP systems to verify functionality.
• Track material usage and report shortages to the storekeeper/project manager.
• Train and guide workers to achieve high-quality MEP works.

• Diploma or certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years’ supervisory experience in MEP works.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and building codes.

• MEP installations completed on schedule with minimal defects.
• Zero clashes between MEP and civil works due to proper coordination.
• Compliance with quality and safety standards in 95%+ of inspections.
• Effective utilization of manpower and materials to reduce wastage.
