Job Title: House Manager
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000
Location: Lagos
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive House Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of one or more households. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational ability, and experience managing household staff and resources efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day household operations including cleaning, maintenance, security, and gardening
- Manage multiple households, ensuring each operates efficiently and smoothly
- Supervise and coordinate staff such as cleaners, cooks, drivers, and security personnel
- Plan and procure household items, groceries, supplies, and maintenance needs
- Manage household budgets, track expenses, and handle petty cash responsibly
- Coordinate private functions including meetings, family gatherings, dinner parties, and special events
- Ensure all household activities are carried out professionally, discreetly, and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and hospitality
- Be available to work late occasionally when required for events or urgent matters
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a House Manager or in a similar operational/administrative role
- Strong staff management and people leadership skills
- Ability to multi-task across multiple households with attention to detail
- Proficient in budgeting, procurement, and financial accountability
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Must be well-presented, professional, and possess strong interpersonal skills

High level of discretion and trustworthiness
- Hospitality or estate management background is a plus
