Role Description

The Senior Site Manager will oversee on-site project operations, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery. Responsibilities include supervising artisans, coordinating project schedules, managing resources efficiently, and serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholder inquiries and updates. The role requires ensuring adherence to project requirements and maintaining outstanding client satisfaction through hands-on problem solving. This is a contract role based in Lagos, with a hybrid work arrangement allowing some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications
  • Project Management and Team Leadership skills to oversee effective on-site operations and lead artisan teams efficiently.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for liaising with team members, clients, and stakeholders, and ensuring clear project updates.
  • Organizational and Planning capabilities, including resource allocation, time management, and scheduling.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities to manage on-the-spot challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Basic understanding of Home Care Services, Construction, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Project or similar project management software is highly advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in site supervision or a related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
