Metropolitan City of Naples, Italy

What if your work could change the way we see our planet?

From 600 km above, a satellite sees an entire city. You'll see much more: you'll see the opportunities.

At Latitudo40, we turn satellite imagery into intelligence. We combine Earth Observation, Artificial Intelligence and Climate Tech to give cities, institutions and companies the tools to build a more liveable world — today and tomorrow.

But technology alone isn't enough. It takes people who know how to tell its story, bring it into the world, and connect it with those who can use it to make a difference. It takes you.

Why this role is different

We're not looking for someone to "sell a product." We're looking for someone genuinely fascinated by technologies with the potential to change the world — and eager to be among the first to bring them to market, in Italy and beyond.

Scaling our business internationally takes two ingredients that rarely go together:

  • A solid sales methodology — and this is where we want to get to know you: tell us in your CV about the experiences that shaped you, the challenges you faced, the "no"s you turned into "yes"es.
  • An unstoppable curiosity for new, constantly evolving technologies — the kind that feels like science fiction right up until the moment it becomes the solution to a real-world problem.

If your eyes light up when you hear about space, AI and sustainability — keep reading.

What you'll do

  • Explore markets still waiting to be written. You'll map the B2B and Public Administration landscape to uncover opportunities where others aren't looking (Scouting & Lead Generation).
  • Open doors. You'll manage first contacts via email, LinkedIn and events, turning a stranger into an interested counterpart (Outreach & Funnel Management).
  • Build stories that convince. You'll help craft pitches, presentations and offers that translate technological complexity into concrete value (Sales Support).
  • Read the future. You'll analyze competitors and trends across Smart Cities, ESG and the Space Economy to anticipate where the market is heading (Market Intelligence).

Who we're looking for

The experience that makes the difference: you've already worked in technology-driven environments — geospatial, deep tech or B2B SaaS companies — which means you already understand the challenges of these markets: long sales cycles, demanding technical stakeholders, and complex products that need to be explained simply. You're not starting from scratch, and for us that's essential.

  • Your foundation: a degree in Economics, Management, Management Engineering, Political Science or related fields.
  • Your spark: a genuine interest in the SaaS, Space Tech and green transition worlds. Familiarity with a CRM is a real plus.
  • Your mind: you can read market data to zero in on the right targets and report results clearly.
  • Your voice in the world: Italian (C2) and excellent English (B2/C1), because you'll be speaking with a market that knows no borders. A second language? We applaud it.

And then there are the qualities you can't learn from a textbook: the initiative of someone who doesn't wait for instructions, the empathy of someone who listens before speaking, the resilience of someone who sees every "no" as a step toward "yes," and the team spirit to work shoulder-to-shoulder with the people who build the technology you'll be selling.

People, first and foremost

At Latitudo40 we have a people-centric vision: we believe our real engine of growth isn't the satellites, nor the algorithms, but the people who put them to work for the world.

That's why we're not simply trying to fill a box on an org chart. We're looking for someone to grow, listen to and nurture — because when the team thrives, the whole company thrives. Here you'll have a voice, room to make mistakes and learn, and colleagues who believe in your potential as much as you do.

Where will you work? Wherever you want

You can work from one of our offices — Naples, Turin, Rome or Lisbon — or from wherever you feel most comfortable and do your best work. What matters to us is the value you bring, not the spot on the map you bring it from.

And distance doesn't scare us: every quarter the entire team comes together for a week side by side, to share the journey we've made as a company, align on our goals and — above all — remind ourselves that behind every screen there's a person. Because the best ideas often come over a cup of coffee.

What we offer

  • A place in a team that's young, international, and not afraid to dream big.
  • A structured growth path at the heart of the Space Economy — one of the most promising sectors of the decade.
  • The freedom to work from wherever you want, in an inclusive environment where results matter more than the clock.

Let's be clear about one thing

The selection process won't be easy. And that's fine: we're looking for the right person, not the first available one.

For us, a CV tells only half the story. What really counts — and what's hard to read between the lines of a résumé — is your motivation, your attitude, your curiosity and your passion.

That's why we're asking for something more: along with your CV, send us a short introduction telling us why you're truly the right person for our team. It doesn't have to be perfect, and it doesn't have to be long. It just has to be you.

The planet won't wait. Will you?

If you've made it this far and something clicked, that's the right sign.

Send us your CV and your introduction, and tell us why you want to give your potential the space — quite literally — to take off. 🚀
