Assistant Manager/Supervisor, Customer Support
The glorious Customer Support side of Ops is looking to add a new Assistant Manager/Supervisor (think Jessica, Ricardo, Riko, and Harlon) to its ranks.
This position is open internally to all current U.S. and International employees and contractors who are in good standing within their current roles.
What you’ll be doing (otherwise known as Responsibilities)
- Overseeing a team of 10-20 Tier 1 Support Agents and guiding them to continued success within their current role and future career aspirations
- Meeting with your direct reports regularly through 1-on-1 and Team meetings
- Taking part in the continued development of policies and processes within Ops
- Taking part in and leading projects
- Hiring and onboarding future Tier 1 Support Agents
