Change Management Analyst
The Change Management Analyst is responsible for researching and executing change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions across LawnStarter’s support ecosystem. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategy and Transformation, this role sits within the Shared Services team and plays a crucial part in driving efficiency, minimizing disruption, and improving adoption of new processes. The Change Management Analyst will work cross-functionally to implement structured change initiatives affecting all Tiers of sales and operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies that align with business objectives.
- Assess the impact of process, system, and policy changes on the support organization.
- Partner with support teams, product, engineering, and leadership to ensure seamless change adoption.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with change, addressing resistance proactively.
- Monitor adoption, effectiveness, and feedback.
- Act as a key advisor to leadership on best practices for sustainable change.
- Continuously refine and improve change management methodologies based on outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in change management, business transformation, or support operations.
- Strong knowledge of customer support, sales, marketplace relations, fraud prevention, and operational workflows.
- Proven ability to drive change in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience analyzing impact, measuring adoption, and iterating based on feedback.
- Familiarity with support technologies and CRMs (e.g., Zendesk, Atlassian, Monday.com) is a plus.
