What We're Looking For

LegitFit is seeking a motivated, passionate & experienced marketing leader who is interested in scaling a business internationally!
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving multi-channel marketing programmes and developing marketing strategies and initiatives in order to meet company objectives. You will be working directly with our Senior Leadership Team.

🎯 Responsibilities

Create a demand generation engine to increase the influx of inbound leads
Own lead and pipeline metrics (marketing-led revenue, conversion rates), and identify key challenges and priorities
Deeply understand the market, product, and buyer journey and design a GTM market strategy
Set, monitor, own and report on team goals
Own marketing budget
Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
Build and grow a marketing team to scale the company’s B2B marketing initiatives
Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives

👩🏻‍🎓 Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in B2B SaaS marketing with 3 years experience in managing a team
Experience with various PPC channels, Google Analytics, Webflow
Experience with CRM software (HubSpot or similar)
Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritise goals
Have successfully built a demand-generation (lead) engine before
Data and results-driven mindset with a deep understanding of SaaS B2B and B2B2C marketing
Experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions
You are highly goal-oriented, assertive, and a hands-on, problem-solver.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Organised and self-sufficient
