As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at LegitFit, you will lead the development and optimisation of software that empowers fitness entrepreneurs globally. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust and scalable solutions, ensuring that our products are both user-friendly and highly performant.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Feature Development: Architect, design, and implement high-impact user-facing features that enhance the customer experience.
• Drive Code Reusability: Develop and enforce best practices for creating libraries and components that can be reused across multiple projects to improve development efficiency.
• UI/UX Integration: Collaborate with designers, providing guidance on the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them effectively.
• Optimise at Scale: Lead efforts to optimise applications for speed, scalability, and security, ensuring robust performance under load.
• API Leadership: Architect, develop, and maintain secure, efficient APIs to support various aspects of the platform, ensuring they meet high standards of performance and security.
• Mentor and Collaborate: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.

• Frontend: Advanced proficiency in ReactJS and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of modern frontend architecture.
• Backend: Extensive experience with Node.js and server-side frameworks like Express.
• Databases: Expertise in document-oriented databases such as MongoDB, with experience in database scaling and optimisation.
• Version Control: Proficient in using Git for code versioning.
• Mobile Development: Experience with React Native for mobile app development.
• APIs: Deep understanding of GraphQL for efficient data querying, with experience in designing scalable API architectures.
• Testing: Strong experience with testing frameworks for E2E, API, and unit tests.
• CI/CD: Hands-on experience with continuous integration and deployment processes, with a track record of automating and optimising pipelines.
• Monorepos: Familiarity with managing large codebases in a monorepo structure.
• Cloud: Experience with AWS and its various services, with a focus on scalable cloud architectures.
• Mindset: A growth mindset with a passion for learning, improving and mentoring others.
• Bonus Skills: Proficiency in GeoGuessr is a fun plus!
