LegitFit is seeking a motivated, passionate person interested in scaling a business internationally! This is an incredible opportunity to get in on the ground floor and make a meaningful impact on a company and an industry. You will work directly with the founders and leadership team as the company scales!
➡️ Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify both inbound and outbound leads
- Conduct product demonstrations that showcase how we help businesses grow
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospect to customer
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
- Track and understand key metrics needed to meet KPIs
- Develop and share successful sales strategies that drive team success
- Maintain detailed records of all prospect activities in our CRM
- Collaborate with Marketing/Product teams to create effective sales materials and provide product feedback
- Stay current with product updates, competitor movements, and industry trends
- Serve as an expert and ambassador for LegitFit as we scale
- Participate in trade shows and industry events
🤔 What Good Looks Like in This Role
- You focus on high-impact work while understanding that startup life sometimes requires rolling up your sleeves for administrative tasks
- You excel at cold calling because you genuinely focus on helping rather than selling
- You take ownership of targets and inspire others to deliver while being transparent about challenges and solutions
🥇 Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience managing inbound and outbound prospects
- Strong understanding of the sales process—from lead generation to closing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to address objections effectively
- Experience with short sales cycles
- Comfort with high-volume calls and demo presentations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with technology (Hubspot, G-Suite, etc.)
- Strong organisational and self-management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours as we expand internationally
- Drive to learn and advance in your sales career
- Interest in the fitness industry is a plus, but not required!
