Collaborate with senior product managers and product development teams to assist in the planning, development, and execution of product roadmaps.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities for product enhancements.
Assist in gathering and prioritizing product requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
2. Project Coordination:
Support the coordination and execution of product development projects, including defining project scope, setting timelines, and monitoring progress.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and timely delivery of product initiatives.
Track project milestones, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and proactively address issues to keep projects on track.
3. Product Documentation and Communication:
Assist in the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including product specifications, user stories, and release notes.
Communicate product updates, features, and enhancements internally to stakeholders and externally to customers as needed.
Serve as a point of contact for internal teams regarding product-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
4. Testing and Quality Assurance:
Participate in product testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that product releases meet quality standards and user requirements.
Document and track bugs, issues, and enhancement requests, and work with development teams to prioritize and address them effectively.
5. Product Strategy and Innovation:
Contribute ideas and insights to product strategy discussions, based on market research, customer feedback, and industry best practices.
Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role, preferably in a technology or software company.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs and market insights into product requirements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana), product management tools (e.g., Aha!, Productboard), and Microsoft Office suite.
