Here's how it works:
The students fund their current studies through their future salary, via an Income Share Agreement. Lendorse provides a lump sum to cover their tuition fees, living expenses, and visa deposits. In return, they share a fixed portion of their future income with us for a fixed period of time. The best part is - they don't start repaying until they meet a certain income threshold!
We recognize that students need more than just finance to be set up for success. We give them tools such as CV optimization, insights into different industries, tangible tips on getting a ‘foot in the door’, and more exclusive mentoring & career support.
We’re looking for a Macro-Research & Consulting Intern to help us analyse trends in the European workforce, gather high-quality data on migrant activity in Europe and consult our senior management team on your findings.
As a Macro-Research & Consulting Intern at Lendorse, you will be responsible for:
Helping identify the biggest areas of research that will affect our business model
Planning & executing a hunt for secondary data based on the important research topics, using only high-quality sources
Presenting your research to our senior management team
Collaborate with our primary-data collection intern to decide on complimentary research projects, that will help corroborate or challenge your secondary research
Our successful candidate will ideally fit this profile:
Either enrolled in or have just completed a Master’s degree in either Economics, Business or something similar
Big-picture thinker, long-term visionary, good common sense and application of logic
The ability to break down complex problems or large chunks of information into relevant, accurate bite-sizes, that have a logical flow.
Fluent in English, German is a bonus
You have a passion for education and share our belief that wasted educational potential is one of the greatest tragedies of our time

Logistics:
This is an unpaid internship from June - August.
You can work remotely
We operate with CET hours. We will of course accomodate other time zones and your work schedule can be quite flexible. We ask for some availability per day in our time zone cross-over hours.
This is a full-time commitment
