Let's Enhance is looking for a talented and experienced Front-end Lead to join our dynamic team. 

As the Frontend Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our platform and driving the development of our web-based image enhancement service. You will collaborate closely with our engineering, design, and product teams to create a seamless and visually appealing experience for our users.

We expect you to:

• Lead and Mentor: Manage and lead a team of frontend developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Frontend Architecture: Define and implement best practices for frontend architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance of our web application.
• User Experience: Work closely with the design team to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces that meet user needs and enhance the overall user experience.
• Frontend Development: Be hands-on, contribute to the codebase and take ownership of critical frontend components and features.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, product managers, and ML team, to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality assurance processes, including code reviews and testing, to maintain high code quality standards.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize the frontend code and performance to ensure fast load times and a responsive user interface.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends, tools, and technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on our product.

You’re a perfect candidate if you have:

• Proven experience as a frontend developer, with at least 5+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies, including Typescript and React.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and the ability to work closely with designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience with responsive web design and mobile optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Upper Intermediate - Advanced English level (B2-C1).
