Responsibilities

• Align with Product and Sales teams on strategy and messaging.
• Write content to educate internal and external stakeholders on product features and benefits
• Create content to convey the benefits of our products to various audiences in sales enablement and other documents, product videos, blog posts, email campaigns, and the website
• Support the go-to-market plan with relevant product content creation.
• Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage
• Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product.
• Research assigned topics and write articles as a subject-matter expert, conducting interviews and obtaining quotes as needed.
• Participate in a weekly meeting with the marketing team and others as needed.
• Assist with writing/content requests as directed.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in product marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Works well in a collaborative, cross-team capacity, and also independently.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and performance/metrics-driven thinking.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and add value immediately in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with extremely good follow-up.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of SEO content, Google Analytics.
