What will you Work On?

  • Identify, engage, negotiate, and close large deals with some of the best pharma companies worldwide.
  • Engage with potential buyers to build solutions that allow them to win
  • Enable the buyer throughout the sales cycle by thoughtfully addressing key stakeholders in the buyer journey while navigating organizational complexities.
  • Assist buyers in building a business case via jobs such as ROI estimation, Budgeting, IT evaluation, etc.
  • Engage with some of the most significant & strategic accounts and land several meaningful and sizable wins.
  • Be the voice of the customer internally to improve go-to-market execution, collateral, and success continuously.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams such as Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to drive sales execution


  • Demonstrated success with enterprise software sales
  • Requires in-depth knowledge of the life sciences industry, including QA, Manufacturing, and IT functions
  • Demonstrated a consistent track record of being a trusted advisor within large accounts
  • Ability to leverage a consultative approach to drive positive outcomes for clients
  • Ability to gain executive credibility, understand organizational, political dynamics, and competitive awareness
  • Demonstrated consistent tenacity and drive to achieve goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Requires a minimum of 2 years of successful software and services sales or consulting experience
