Role Overview:
As a Pre-Sales Executive, you’ll be the technical face of our product during the sales process—collaborating closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to craft tailored solutions for prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and propose effective technical solutions
Assist the sales team with product presentations, demos, and RFP responses
Create and deliver engaging presentations and documentation
Conduct in-depth product and technical discussions with prospective customers
Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to ensure customer success
Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the product team
Requirements:
Education: Engineering degree (B.E/B.Tech or equivalent)
Experience: 1–3 years in a pre-sales, business analyst, or solution engineering role
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication
Analytical Skills: Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
Ability to understand technical concepts and convey them clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Good to Have:
Experience in the software industry and/or manufacturing domain
Familiarity with SaaS platforms, ERP, or industrial tech solutions
