What You’ll Do
Tackle founder-level problems. Dive into ambiguous questions (e.g., “How do we cut customer onboarding time by 40%?”) and deliver a data-backed solution—process, product spec, or growth playbook.
Shadow → Own. Start by shadowing founders and execs across GTM, product, and ops; quickly take the steering wheel for projects worth $1M+ in ARR or cost savings.
Be the connective tissue. Translate hard manufacturing realities from shop-floor SMEs into crisp product requirements; then turn those into value propositions sales can run with.
Scale what works. Systematize every win—dashboards, SOPs, automations—so the next team member can sprint from day 1.
Rinse, learn, repeat. Each quarter you’ll rotate (sales → CS → product → biz ops), compounding domain depth while keeping a 10,000-foot strategic view.
