We are expanding our market presence and seeking an enthusiastic Growth Intern to support our GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy, demand generation, and lead management.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Growth Intern, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging with pharmaceutical stakeholders to drive demand for Leucine’s solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Market Research & GTM IdentificationConduct research on pharma manufacturing trends, regulations, and digital transformation to identify GTM opportunities.Use Clay and Apollo to identify and segment pharmaceutical companies for targeted outreach.
- Outbound Prospecting & Lead GenerationDevelop and execute customized email outreach to pharma stakeholders (quality heads, manufacturing heads, IT heads).Use HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track outreach efforts, and automate follow-ups.Run LinkedIn prospecting campaigns and leverage Sales Navigator to connect and engage with decision-makers.Extract and enrich data using Clay and Apollo for precision targeting.
- Campaign ManagementPlan and execute 2-3 demand generation campaigns per week via email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.Utilize HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and Sales Navigator for email sequencing, automation, and lead nurturing.A/B test outreach messaging and optimize for higher engagement rates.Collaborate with the sales and design teams to develop compelling messaging.
- Collaboration & StrategyBrainstorm and experiment with new B2B demand generation campaign ideas.Align messaging with customer pain points in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.Analyze campaign performance using HubSpot reporting, Apollo analytics, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator insights, and optimize outreach.
Who You Are (Skills & Qualifications)
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong understanding of the pharma industry, GMP, compliance, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills – ability to craft compelling, personalized emails and LinkedIn messages.
- Hands-on experience with:HubSpot (CRM & Automation)Apollo (Prospecting & Email Sequencing)Clay (Lead Enrichment & Data Extraction)LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Outbound Prospecting & Engagement)Analytical mindset – ability to track engagement metrics, analyze lead behavior, and adjust campaigns accordingly.Self-starter with a problem-solving attitude and an eagerness to brainstorm new demand-generation strategies.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Prior internship or experience in B2B SaaS, Pharma Tech, or HealthTech.
- Experience in running multi-touch outreach campaigns using LinkedIn, email, and automation tools.
- Familiarity with email automation, CRM workflows, and outbound sequencing.4.Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision.
