🛠️ Your Role
As a QA Automation Engineer at Leucine, you will design, implement, and scale automation frameworks that leverage AI/ML for smarter, faster, and more reliable testing. You’ll collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality features in a high-paced SaaS environment.

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Design and implement AI-driven test automation frameworks for web and API testing.
• Leverage AI/ML models for predictive defect analysis, test case prioritization, and anomaly detection.
• Automate functional, regression, performance, and integration tests across the platform.
• Collaborate with developers to embed testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Continuously evolve automation strategy to handle large-scale SaaS systems.
• Analyze test results, generate insights, and proactively improve system reliability.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of QA automation experience in SaaS or startup environments.
• Strong expertise in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium).
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI/ML in testing (e.g., test case generation, self-healing tests, predictive analytics).
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
• Strong knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Understanding of performance/load testing tools (JMeter, Locust)
• Bonus: Knowledge of Generative AI for test automation, anomaly detection, or RPA.
