About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team. If numbers excite you, spreadsheets are your comfort zone, and you love ensuring every rupee is accounted for — this role is for you.

You’ll own the AR process end-to-end: from invoicing to collections, reconciliations, and reporting. It’s a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup environment where you can make an impact, streamline processes, and grow with the team.

What You’ll Do

1. Create and send accurate invoices on time.
2. Keep track of incoming payments and ensure everything is posted correctly.
3. Follow up with clients on pending dues and maintain healthy collections.
4. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies proactively.
5. Share regular AR reports and highlight risks or delays.
6. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to solve billing issues quickly.
7. Support month-end closing and ensure books are accurate.

What We’re Looking For

1. B.Com degree or equivalent in Finance / Accounting.
2. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable.
3. Good understanding of accounting fundamentals.
4. Comfortable with Excel
5. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
6. Someone who’s proactive, accountable, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

Bonus Points If You

1. Have worked with global clients or multiple currencies.
2. Know your way around GST, TDS, and basic Indian tax compliance.
