Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our platform. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and customer-facing teams to validate features, identify defects, and ensure a seamless user experience in a compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Review product requirements and create detailed test cases & test plans
Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools
Collaborate with engineering to reproduce and resolve issues
Validate releases before deployment
Ensure platform stability in a highly regulated SaaS environment
Participate in sprint planning and release discussions

Requirements

1–4 years of experience in Manual QA / Software Testing
Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC
Experience with test case design and defect tracking tools
Familiarity with web-based SaaS applications
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Good communication and stakeholder coordination ability

Good to Have

Experience in healthcare, pharma, or regulated domains
Basic knowledge of APIs / Postman
Exposure to Agile environments
