About the Role

The best problems don't come with instructions.

You will work directly with the founders on the problems that actually matter — the ones that determine whether this company wins or loses. You will talk to customers, find the truth underneath what they say, build what is needed and ship it.

Over time, the strongest people here grow into becoming like Solution Consultants, Product Managers, or Forward Deployed Engineers.

What the Work Looks Like

You identify a metric that's broken. You talk to the people closest to it — functional leaders, customers, operators — and you go deep until you understand not just what is wrong but why. You build a point of view. You pressure-test it. You present it, defend it, and then you build whatever needs to be built and ship it.

Some problems live inside the organization. Some touch customers directly. All of them require you to think clearly, move fast, and care about getting it right.

Who This Is For

• 0–2 years of experience. Strong fresh graduates welcome.
• Engineering background preferred.
• Strong academic record
