Requirements

This is a brilliant opportunity in an exciting business with ambitious growth plans. In the last couple of years, the business has grown massively and has expanded internationally. The business has well established itself as a market leader and has expanded to over 5 countries.

The successful candidate will be working closely with VP of Finance and senior leadership to support scaling up the business further. This is a hands-on role, and the successful candidate should be a high-calibre and technically strong experienced Financial Controller.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining an effective best-in-class financial control environment, driving the effectiveness and efficiency of finance processes.

Key responsibilities, but not limited to:

 Driving month-end process internationally and ensuring the month is closed in a timely manner

 Managing the monthly consolidation and group reporting process including preparing the supporting information and analysis

 Preparing year-end consolidation of Group and subsidiary accounts

 Managing relationships with international accounting and audit firms

 Managing the UK and international tax and VAT

 Driving system improvements including changes to improve efficiencies across the group

 Ensuring the company remains up-to-date and compliant with the latest accounting standards

 Managing annual audit process and liaising with external auditors
