Company Description

At Lifebit, we carve our own path. Trusted by Governments and world-leading pharma institutions and funded with $70m, we are on a mission to harness the power of connected data and bring precision medicine to life globally. The key to saving human lives is providing researchers across the globe with the right data to develop more precise drugs faster.

Generating large amounts of biomedical data has become relatively straightforward. The challenge now is finding, accessing and analysing this sensitive data stored across thousands of disconnected locations. It is frustrating and painfully difficult for researchers.

Lifebit has created a patented, federated technology that brings analysis and computation to where data resides. This enables researchers to run analyses on multiple, distributed datasets in-situ, avoiding the risky movement of highly-sensitive data.

Our Federated AI Platform is trusted by federal agencies, national health systems, and global pharma to securely unlock sensitive biomedical and real-world data at scale. We help federal health institutions modernize data utilization and analytics in highly protected environments, supporting mission-critical federal programs and transforming how secure health data drives public health and research.

Our technology is unmatched and momentum is on our side - and we need an exceptionally strong team to help boost Lifebit to incredible new heights.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a smart & nimble, high-agency Executive Operations Manager to act as the strategic right hand to Lifebit’s CEO and the executive team.

This is not a traditional operational role. It is a strategic force-multiplier role designed for an ex-consultant or a top-tier operator who wants to sit at the intersection of operations, and execution. You will act as a proxy for the Executive, ensuring their vision is communicated effectively, their time is leveraged for maximum impact, and critical "special projects" are executed with precision.

You will be responsible for the narrative (presentations and comms), the rigorous review of critical business documents, and the operational architecture (systems and processes) required to scale the Executive’s output.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Communications & Narrative

  • World-Class Presentations: conceptualize and build high-stakes presentations for Board meetings, investor relations, and key client pitches. You must be able to turn complex data into compelling visual narratives.
  • Executive Brand & Social Media: Manage the Executive’s professional presence (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Medium). Draft thought-leadership pieces, engage with industry trends, and ensure a consistent voice across all channels.
  • Information Synthesis: Review, critique, and refine documents before they reach the Executive. You are the quality gatekeeper, ensuring everything is concise, accurate, and actionable.

Operational Excellence & Systems

  • Systems & Processes: Implement personal and organizational operating systems to streamline the executive team’s workflow.
  • Meeting Preparation & Follow-up: Ensure that all executive meetings are well-prepared and are value-adding. Pre-digest briefing materials for the Executive and ensure that meeting outcomes are tracked and actioned. In addition, ensure follow-ups are handled timely and effectively.

Special Projects

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead high-priority "special projects" that don't fit neatly into a specific department but are critical to the company's success.
  • Problem Solving: Act as the "fixer." When a fire needs putting out or a blocker needs removing, you are the first line of defense.

Requirements

  • Background: 2–5 years of experience in Management Consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.) OR a high-impact Operations/Strategy role in a high-growth tech scale-up.
  • Communication Mastery: Your written English is flawless. You can write a press release, a legal brief summary, and a viral LinkedIn post with equal ease.
  • Visual Storytelling: You are in the top 1% of slide designers (PowerPoint/Keynote/Pitch). You understand that design is communication, not decoration.
  • High Agency: You do not need to be told how to solve a problem; you just need to be told what the problem is. You figure it out.
  • Tech Savvy: You are comfortable evaluating new software, setting up automations, and analyzing data.
  • Discretion: You will have access to sensitive information and must maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Location: Eligible to work in the UK or Greece.

Attributes We Value

  • Relentless Resourcefulness: You find a way to get things done, regardless of the obstacles.
  • Analytical Rigor: You make decisions based on data and logic.
  • Low Ego / High Impact: No task is too small if it helps the mission; no task is too big if you have the data.
  • Do-er and action-bias attitude

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • The opportunity to work intimately with the founding team of a global BioTech leader
  • Fully remote work
  • 25 days of annual leave plus the usual public holidays
  • Private health insurance
  • £1,000 per year personal budget for professional development ie Conferences, events, and training resources

Location
