User experience is at the forefront of how we create intuitive, innovative, and beautiful products that people love. We strive to learn and understand our users' needs, behaviors, and emotions to gather insights that inform product strategy and design. Our design teams include Product designers, researchers, and product managers who are passionate about quality, usability, and simplicity. We work on collaborative teams to solve complex challenges and craft experiences that highlight our products' unique capabilities and personalities.

Role And Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product and engineering to assist in planning, conducting, and analyzing user research studies.
• Participate in usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and other research methods to gather insights on user behavior and preferences.
• Help create and maintain user personas, journey maps, and other UX research deliverables.
• Assist in analyzing research data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Contribute to the development of wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts based on user feedback and research findings.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to UX research.
• Support the team in preparing and presenting research findings to stakeholders.

Qualification:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Design, or a related field.
• Strong interest in user experience design and research.
• Basic understanding of UX research methods and principles.
• Proficiency in using research tools such as usability testing platforms, survey tools, and data analysis software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working in a collaborative team environment.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
