Job Summary: Lingco Language Labs is seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist in a support role for our growing team by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with our sales, support, and tech teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

● Direct communication with our customers using a variety of platforms.

● Perform admin activities to support the CEO and our customer satisfaction processes.

● Maintains CEO's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.

● Help with logistics and setup of trade shows.

● Keep accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, presentations, closed deals and invoicing.

Key skills required:

● Ability to easily understand technology and communicate it to prospects.

● Competency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and QuickBooks.

● Able to work well under deadlines, anticipate needs and prioritize work accordingly.

● Experience in supporting executives in a fast-paced work environment.

● Excellent organization, time management and communication skills.

● Tech-savvy.

Ideal background:

● Two years’ experience in administrative support and customer service.

● Experience within a startup is a plus.

Required Qualifications:

● Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

● Must be able to work a hybrid, flexible schedule with occasional travel required.

● Must be able to work a flexible schedule with a minimum of four hours overlapping 11AM-4PM EST.
