Job Description

This role will be based in Dublin.

Join LinkedIn as a French-speaking Talent Account Director, serving the Wallonia (Belgium), Luxembourg, and Swiss (French-speaking) markets within the Benelux SMB sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with a diverse range of French-speaking clients across multiple regions, each with distinct communication needs and business priorities. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that also serves Flanders (Belgium) and the Netherlands, allowing for rich collaboration and shared insights.

The ability to adapt your communication style—whether focusing on relationship-building or driving ROI—will be key to your success in these French-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across the customer’s organization, adapting your communication style to fit the needs of different regions and clients.
  • Strategic Selling: Use a solutions-oriented approach to align LinkedIn’s Talent and Learning solutions with customer objectives, driving decision-making and growth.
  • Market Insight & Opportunity Identification: Conduct in-depth research into each customer’s business, preparing insightful questions and identifying opportunities for further engagement.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Proactively address customer needs, mitigate churn risks, and optimize ROI by leveraging data and insights.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams, practicing joint accountability for customer success and seeking help when faced with challenges.
  • Account Planning & Forecasting: Maintain disciplined territory and account planning, with accurate forecasting and quota attainment, while following best practices in CRM usage.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of applicable sales experience
  • Fluency in French and English


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HR software, SaaS opportunities, and IT solutions
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Familiarity with software contract terms, Microsoft Dynamics platform, and strong negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to manage high-level business relationships and drive results through data-informed decision-making
