Diamond Atelier is a New York–headquartered lab-grown diamond company specializing in premium loose diamonds for B2B clients across the USA. As we continue to grow, we are building our own jewelry brand in New York. Our manufacturing factories are located in Surat, and we have supporting creative and operational teams in Mumbai (Andheri West) and Delhi.

Our Mission

You aren't just "maintaining" a platform; you are owning the digital experience. Your goal is to ensure that from the moment a visitor lands on our homepage to the final click at checkout, the experience is fast, flawless, and premium.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of the website to ensure everything loads fast, looks right, and converts.
  • Manage the lifecycle of our luxury collections, uploading listings, organizing categories, and ensuring product descriptions meet our brand voice.
  • Monitor the user journey specifically for high-ticket luxury items (Landing → Cart → Checkout) to identify friction points and implement CRO strategies that drive sales.
  • Dive into website analytics and sales data to report on what’s working and where we can improve.
  • Act as the bridge between our creative, marketing, and development teams to launch new collections and fix technical bugs.
  • Audit the site daily to ensure it reflects a high-end, premium aesthetic at all times.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Jewelry E-commerce Operations (must have worked specifically within the jewelry or luxury watch industry).
  • Deep experience with jewelry catalog management, including managing metal variants, diamond specifications, and complex product attributes.
  • Ability to understand funnels, A/B testing and user behavior data within a high-value/luxury retail context.
  • An eye for UI/UX and a "luxury-first" mindset.
  • Someone who thrives on getting things do.
