We are looking for a seasoned Perfumer to lead the development of authentic fragrances for a new premium perfume brand. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of fragrance creation, raw materials, accords, and market trends, with the ability to transform creative concepts into commercially successful scents.

Responsibilities

• Develop original fragrance compositions and accords.
• Create fragrances based on brand briefs and product positioning.
• Refine and optimize formulations through testing and evaluation.
• Work closely with product, marketing, and manufacturing teams.
• Source and recommend fragrance ingredients and suppliers.
• Stay updated on global fragrance trends and innovations.
• Maintain formulation records and development documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in perfumery or fragrance development.
• Strong knowledge of fragrance raw materials, accords, and olfactory families.
• Experience developing fine fragrances for commercial use.
• Excellent sensory evaluation and formulation skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
