About Us

In so many African markets, SMEs are the backbone of the economy, but they’re locked out of the

capital they need to grow. We’re a small team of exceptional builders dedicated to solving this

problem and we’re gaining huge traction.

Right now a major pain point is user onboarding. We’re looking for an experienced contractor to own the redesign and rebuild of this onboarding flow, end to end.

What You’ll Do

Work with our ex-Meta CTO and ops team to:

  • Map and redesign the current onboarding experience to improve customer experience and drop-off, and reduce ops interventions.
  • Rework our React front-end within our Django-based stack
  • Automate document collection and validation
  • Integrate third-party APIs for identity, address, and company checks

Experience

  • 5+ years full-stack experience with Python/Django (or similar), React, REST APIs and 3rd party integrations
  • Strong product thinking & UX sensibility
  • Confidence working with non-tech partners and owning delivery end-to-end
  • [nice-to-have] Built KYC or onboarding flows in regulated environments
  • [nice-to-have] Fintech or lending experience
  • [nice-to-have] GCP, GitLab CI/CD, Celery, Docker

Engagement DetailsHou

  • ng>rs: Full-time or 4-day week (remote or hybrid)
  • Day rate: Competitive, based on experience
  • Success criteria: reduced onboarding time & ops workload, improve data quality
  • How to Apply

Apply via LinkedIn, or email careers@liquify.digital with:
