Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure the smooth execution of projects by coordinating internal resources and teams.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
- Team Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate communication between team members to ensure clarity on goals, responsibilities, and timelines.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings, ensuring all parties are aligned on project status.
- Resource Management:
- Track and manage resource allocation across different teams to ensure optimal utilization.
- Help identify any resource gaps and assist in resolving them.
- Client Interaction:
- Support client communication regarding project timelines, deliverables, and updates.
- Assist with gathering client feedback and incorporating it into the project workflow.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain project documentation, including project schedules, status reports, and meeting notes.
- Prepare and distribute reports on project progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Issue Resolution:
- Identify and address any roadblocks or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a tech or product-focused environment.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello ) and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Agile project management is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
