Product Manager, Analytics

LiveLike is on a mission to transform the live online engagement experience and empower digital audiences through interactive community-building tools. We are looking for a Product Manager, Analytics to join our growing Product team.

This role is critical in helping LiveLike build meaningful, scalable, and actionable analytics capabilities across our engagement, gaming, loyalty, community, and content experiences. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Professional Services, Client Success, and client-facing teams to define analytics requirements, build dashboards, improve reporting workflows, and ensure our clients and internal teams can measure product performance with clarity.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

· Own and drive the analytics product roadmap for LiveLike dashboards, reporting, and insights.
· Work closely with stakeholders to define analytics requirements for widgets, games, leaderboards, rewards, loyalty, chat, and other engagement experiences.
· Translate business goals and client needs into clear product requirements, metrics, dashboards, and reporting workflows.
· Define key success metrics such as impressions, interactions, unique users, engagement rate, completion rate, accuracy, retention, drop-off, reward usage, and leaderboard performance.
· Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to ensure accurate event tracking, data modeling, instrumentation, and dashboard implementation.
· Partner with Professional Services and Client Success teams to understand client reporting needs and convert them into scalable product solutions.
· Create and maintain PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, data definitions, and analytics documentation.
· Review existing analytics flows and identify gaps in tracking, reporting accuracy, usability, and client self-serve capabilities.
· Work with Design teams to make dashboards simple, intuitive, and easy for clients to understand.
· Support internal and external teams with analytics-related product knowledge, demos, documentation, and release communication.
· Prioritize analytics enhancements based on client impact, business value, technical feasibility, and product strategy.
· Monitor dashboard usage, client feedback, and reporting needs to continuously improve the analytics product experience.
· Ensure analytics solutions are scalable across multiple clients, programs, campaigns, games, widgets, and use cases.

OUR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in analytics, dashboards, data products, SaaS, engagement platforms, gaming, loyalty, media, or sports-tech products.
· Strong understanding of product analytics, user behavior tracking, event-based data, funnels, retention, segmentation, and engagement metrics.
· Experience working with dashboards, reporting tools, BI tools, data pipelines, or analytics platforms.
· Ability to write clear PRDs, define metrics, create user stories, and translate business needs into technical requirements.
· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and convert insights into product improvements.
· Experience working closely with Engineering, Data, Design, QA, Client Success, and Business teams.
· Strong understanding of user journeys, event tracking, product instrumentation, and data quality.
· Comfortable working with APIs, event schemas, data attributes, and technical discussions with engineering teams.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
· Experience with Agile methodology, JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
· Strong attention to detail, especially around data accuracy, metric definitions, and reporting logic.

WHAT WOULD BE COOL

· Experience in sports, media, entertainment, gaming, fan engagement, or loyalty products.
· Experience with tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, GA4, Segment, or similar analytics tools.
· Understanding of CDP integrations, user segmentation, campaign analytics, and event-based tracking.
· Experience building client-facing analytics dashboards or self-serve reporting products.
· Exposure to real-time engagement products, live events, widgets, polls, trivia, predictions, leaderboards, rewards, or gamification.
· Ability to think both strategically and tactically — from defining the roadmap to validating dashboard numbers.
· Strong curiosity and eagerness to understand how users interact with products.
· Comfortable working with global, cross-functional teams.
· A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and move things forward independently.
