Account Manager (Must be in Australia)

You will:
- Own and manage contract renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities within your customer portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders while executing a structured communication and engagement strategy.
- Drive customer value and product adoption by delivering strategic guidance, identifying risks, and surfacing growth opportunities.
- Become a product expert and advise customers on how to leverage the platform to achieve their business goals.
- Partner with the Customer Enablement team to enhance product knowledge, encourage adoption, and improve retention.
- Execute a complete sales motion - from prospecting through closing - within your existing book of business.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline in Salesforce for all renewal and growth activities.
- Lead executive business reviews to align on strategic goals, demonstrate value, and refine success plans.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients for product demos, strategic discussions, and engagement touchpoints.
- Travel periodically (1-2 times per quarter) to meet customers in person, deepen relationships, and support successful platform adoption.
We are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales within a Freight Forwarder or Logistics Service Provider (LSP); SaaS experience is a strong plus.
- Proven success managing a portfolio of 50+ customers, including prioritization and tiering strategies.
- Experience managing customer relationships and closing deals in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with SMB, Mid-Market, and MM+ customer segments.
- Confidence communicating with VP and Director-level stakeholders, especially in revenue-related conversations.
- Skilled in delivering engaging, web-based product demonstrations to global audiences.
- Ability to interpret and use data to drive customer outcomes and internal decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong sense of curiosity and commitment to ongoing learning and growth.
- Highly coachable and receptive to constructive feedback.
- Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
