Product Manager - Customer Experience Platform (Must be in Seattle/Greater Seattle Area)

You Will:
- Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to drive feature development.
- Collaborate closely with product designers and engineers to deliver high-impact product enhancements loved by customers.
- Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with sales, marketing, enablement, and account management teams to define go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption.
- Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs, iterating on features to optimize engagement and retention.
- Act as a customer advocate, ensuring seamless user experiences across the platform.
- Participate in the agile development processes, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Prior experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with tools like Linear, Mixpanel, Figma or similar.
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry preferred.
