- Strategic Planning
Product Roadmap Development: Collaborate with senior leadership (US-VN) to define and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with Lovepop's strategic objectives and market demands.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the product development process and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
- Innovation and Ideation
Idea Generation: Foster a culture of creativity by organizing brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate innovative product ideas.
Feasibility Analysis: Evaluate the technical and financial feasibility of new product concepts to determine their viability and alignment with company goals.
- Product Development
Oversee the development process, including concept approval, technical data sheet/ technical drawing/ artwork creation, prototyping, testing, and final production.
Partner with internal teams (US Merchandising, US-VN Design, R&D, Procurement, Product Setup, Marketing, and Supply chain) to coordinate resources and ensure seamless execution.
Evaluate and optimize manufacturing feasibility and scalability for new products.
- Process Optimization
Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the product development lifecycle.
Documentation: Ensure all aspects of product development are thoroughly documented, facilitating knowledge sharing and compliance with industry standards.
- Quality Assurance and Testing
Collaborate with the QA team to ensure all new products meet Lovepop’s high-quality standards for design, materials, and durability.
Oversee prototype and sample testing, ensuring customer-centric usability and visual impact.
Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure all new products comply with 3rd parties’ regulations
- Stakeholder Engagement
Customer Feedback Integration: Actively seek and incorporate internal/ external customer feedback into product development to ensure offerings meet or exceed customer expectations.
Vendor and Partner Collaboration: Build relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage additional expertise and resources in the development process.
