Systems Operations Manager

Accountabilities
- Work with the Sr, Director Operations System and Technical Program Manager to understand the roadmap and needs of the teams supported by the Operations and Systems Team.
- Executes day to day operations activities in support of stakeholder teams that may be unique or repetitive tasks related to sales, procurement, or item setup activities.
- Perform configuration activities related to product setup, integrations and maintenance of systems that support customer order fulfillment, supply chain and finance operations. These solutions will leverage systems such as NetSuite, EDI and internal custom services built by the Lovepop Engineering Team.
- Design and develop integrations between Lovepop System and External Partners
- Partner with operations to solve business process challenges using technology. You will work with 3rd party 3PL’s and software vendors to drive continuous improvement across operations.
- Work independently to manage and execute projects across cross functional teams and proactively engage with business partners to prevent issues that may limit our ability to scale.
- Project and work status is consistently visible and reported to all internal stakeholders.
- Able to support US teams in US normal business hours.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in the same position.
- Strong business process, business analysis and ERP experience.
- Fluent in English in both speaking and writing.
- Creative thinker that is not afraid to fail.
- Experience working with scripting or coding languages.
- Works independently and is a motivated self starter.
- Delivers high quality work consistently on time and under budget.
- Ability to communicate through clear and concise verbal and written communication.
- Identifies and escalates issues and problems appropriately.
- Proactively identifies opportunities to improve existing processes and systems
- Strong operation management and execution.
- Strong Communication skills.
