Qualifications
- Lifecycle Marketing & Automation Experience (3+ years): Proven ability to build and optimize campaigns that increase customer engagement, retention, and repeat revenue.
- Responsive Email Coding (HTML/CSS): Skilled at creating mobile-optimized, accessible emails that meet brand standards and perform flawlessly across devices; proficiency in Jinja for personalization is a strong plus.
- Marketing Automation Platform Proficiency (Bloomreach preferred): Capable of building workflows, segmenting audiences, managing campaign assets, and executing rigorous QA processes to ensure error-free deployment.
- Customer Journey Mapping & Segmentation Expertise: Ability to map customer journeys and deliver personalized communications at the right time, through the right channel, in partnership with the Lifecycle Creative Manager who owns the strategy brief.
- SMS Campaign Execution: Knowledge of tools, compliance, and strategies to deliver both mobile-first one-time blast campaigns and triggered notification flows effectively.
- Exceptional Cross-Functional Collaboration & Agility: Excels at partnering with Marketing, Design, and Analytics teams across global time zones, working from Vietnam alongside teammates based in the US to deliver high-quality campaigns on deadline.
